Job Overview:
We are seeking two IT Project Managers to oversee complex, enterprise-wide technical and business initiatives. These positions require expertise in project management, IT network architecture, and healthcare-specific technology systems. This hybrid role offers opportunities to contribute both strategically and operationally to critical health laboratory projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership:
- Manage enterprise-wide technical and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Create and maintain detailed project management artifacts, including charters, plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee deployment, resource planning, and conversion plans.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with network infrastructure vendors, contractors, and healthcare equipment providers.
- Collaborate across teams, including healthcare-specific departments and technical teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Healthcare & Laboratory Expertise:
- Apply knowledge of clinical and laboratory environments, including Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), instruments, and devices.
- Address the unique IT requirements of health lab facilities.
- Strategic Planning & Team Leadership:
- Lead large cross-functional teams, including junior project managers and technical staff.
- Develop strategic project plans and ensure milestones are met.
- Serve as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in IT project management and network architecture, including experience in healthcare-specific environments.
- Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and related healthcare devices.
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams and managing multi-departmental projects.
- Skilled in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Strong understanding of IT network architecture, protocols, and healthcare-specific best practices.
- PMP, PMI, or related project management certification is required.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and collaborative skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both on-site and remotely as required.
